RULES & REGULATIONS

General Terms

• Contests may be featured within advertorial content or run as separate posts.
• Each contest will specify its own duration, method of entry, and prize details on the contest post or contest page.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win any contest.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, other products, or services.
• Only one prize will be awarded per household or family.

Eligibility

• Contests are open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
• Employees of ZoomerMedia Limited (blogTO, Daily Hive, Curiocity, Dished, Offside, CULTR, The Peak, Everything Zoomer, Ludwig Van, and MobileSyrup) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
• Entrants must comply with all contest guidelines and short rules to remain eligible.

How to Enter

• Entry methods will be clearly outlined on the contest post or contest page and may include submission through forms, social media interactions, or other means.
• Each entrant may only enter once, unless otherwise stated on the contest page.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are selected at random using a random number generator.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be announced within 48 hours of the contest draw, either via:
  • Email
  • The platform through which the contest was entered.
• Winning entrants must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize unless otherwise noted.
• If a winner fails to respond within the stated time, another winner may be selected.

Prize Fulfillment

• Prizes are provided and shipped by the sponsoring brand or business (“Prize Provider”).
• ZoomerMedia Limited will supply the winner’s shipping or contact information to the Prize Provider upon contest completion.
• We ask Prize Providers to fulfill shipping or arrange prize pickup within two (2) weeks of the contest’s close.
• ZoomerMedia Limited is not responsible for delays, lost items, or unfulfilled prizes.

Scam & Impersonation Notice

Beware of fraudulent accounts impersonating ZoomerMedia Limited brands. We will never:

• Ask for credit card numbers or financial information.

Official contest communication will come from:

• Verified Instagram accounts
• ZoomerMedia Limited emails
• The contest platform used to enter

We are not responsible for any actions or messages from fake accounts impersonating ZoomerMedia Limited brands.

Policy Changes

ZoomerMedia Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Contest and Giveaway Policy and any contest-specific rules at any time, without prior notice.
